Dogs son una banda de Indie rock con influencias de post-punk, si bien no es una banda nueva, pero si poco conocida, buenos ritmos recreados en su música, con un estilo similar a Blondelle en mi parecer.
Lo componen: Johnny Cooke (Vocalista), Luciano Vargas (Coros, Guitarra), Rikki Mehta (Guitarra), Duncan Timms (Bajo), y Paul Warren (Batería).
El 19 de Noviembre de 2008 se anunció que el baterista original Rich Mitchell había dejado la banda en terminos amigables, y reemplzado por Paul Warren.
Ellos han ido de gira con Paul Weller, Razorlight y The Enemy. Constantemente rankeados como una de las mejores bandas en vivo.
Su primer album Turn Against This Land, lanzado el 19 de Septiembre de 2005 fue grabado en Sawmills Records in Cornwall, producido por John Cornfield, bajo el sello Island Records, que contiene los Singles “London Bridge/End Of An Era” (double A-side), “Tuned to a Different Station” y “Selfish Ways”.
